1. Ingredients: 50 grams of low-gluten flour, 2 eggs.
2. Accessories: 30 grams of white sugar, 8 grams of butter, 20 grams of cream, 20 ml of lemon juice.
3. Bring eggs and butter to room temperature.
4. Beat the whole eggs into a bowl, add 10 grams of white sugar, and stir with an electric egg beater at high speed. After evenly adding 10 grams of white sugar, continue stirring.
5. Until the egg liquid starts to turn white and becomes a milky white paste, add the last 10 grams of sugar and continue stirring for about 30 seconds.
6. Melt butter, cream and lemon juice in warm water, and stir evenly.

8. Put it into a small paper cup and place it in the air fryer (you don’t need to preheat it), 180℃ for about 13-15 minutes.
