KFC (KFC? Fried? Food critic Duncan Hynes included his fried chicken restaurant in a handbook introducing roadside stalls published in 1935. In 1939, Colonel Sanders developed a secret recipe made of 1 1 Chinese herbal medicines and spices by using a pressure cooker, which improved his fried chicken fast food.
