Garlic chicken wings

Steps:

Hot and sour potato shreds

Ingredients: 1 potato, 2 green peppers, 1 red pepper, appropriate amount of chopped green onion, appropriate amount of vinegar, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of sugar, appropriate amount of light soy sauce, Appropriate amount of oil.

Steps:

1. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin strips, and cut the green pepper and red pepper into thin strips.

2. Blanch the shredded potatoes in boiling water, remove and drain.

3. Put the green pepper and red pepper into a bowl, add salt, sugar, vinegar and light soy sauce, and stir evenly.

4. Heat the oil in a pot, stir-fry the shredded potatoes, add chopped green onion, and stir-fry until the shredded potatoes become soft.

5. Put the fried shredded potatoes into a bowl, pour in the sauce, and stir evenly.

Braised pork

Ingredients: 500 grams of pork belly, appropriate amount of onion, ginger and garlic, appropriate amount of cooking wine, appropriate amount of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of dark soy sauce, appropriate amount of sugar, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of water.

Steps:

1. Cut the pork belly into small pieces and blanch it in boiling water to remove the blood.

2. Put the blanched pork belly into the pot, add onions, ginger, garlic, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, salt and water. After boiling, turn down to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. .

3. Take out the stewed pork belly, put it into a bowl, add the soup from cooking the meat, and steam it in a steamer for 10 minutes.

4. Put the steamed pork belly into the pot, add an appropriate amount of sugar, salt, and dark soy sauce, and stir-fry evenly.
