First take a bus to Jieshi. There are regular buses that run every 15 minutes. There are many places near Yuzhao Park where you can check it out on your own.

About ten yuan.

Then when you get to Jieshi, you can only take a motorcycle to Guanyinling, or you can drive there by yourself if you have a car. There is no fixed bus to Guanyinling.

It might be a bit expensive to go there by motorcycle, since it's quite a long way.

If you are willing, you can try driving to Jieshi by yourself. It takes about an hour.
