The following is an English essay introducing what Koreans eat at Christmas.
On Christmas Eve, young Koreans hold a parade in costumes to celebrate the festival. Until five o'clock the next Christmas morning, they wandered in the street in groups and sang loudly in front of others' houses. Traditionally, the owner of the house has to open the door to listen to them sing and invite them in for a drink and something to eat. By noon 1 1, people will gather in the church to worship again. Sometimes Protestants are baptized. After the ceremony, it is Christmas dinner. The church serves a traditional Christmas dinner. But there is no turkey, no roast ham, only rice, a vegetable like cabbage, oranges and biscuits.
