Qixia's delicacies include Fushan Roasted Chicken, Qixia Eight Bowls, Braised Abalone, Braised Prawn, Green Lamb Chop, Jiaodong Big Bread and so on.
1. Fushan Roasted Chicken: It is made of chicken and peanuts, and it is ruddy and bright, beautiful in shape, tender and fragrant in meat, rich and mellow, soft and palatable.
2. Eight bowls of Qixia: highlighting the original ecological style, one chicken, two bamboo shoots, three soups, four hooves, Five Blessingg, six buckles, seven circles and eight carp are collectively called eight bowls.
3. Grilled abalone with original shell: grilled abalone meat is cooked and put into the original shell, and then poured with sauce, just like abalone diving to the bottom of the sea, which is transparent and shiny, tender and delicious.
