Shandong cuisine, also known as Shandong cuisine. It has a long history and a wide influence. Shandong is one of the regions with early drama activities in China. The gestation of its dramatic art can be traced back to Qilu countries more than two thousand years ago.
The Sui Dynasty advocated fame throughout the country, and in the Tang Dynasty, the drama of joining the army became popular in Shandong. It can be said that the long-term popular activities of singing, dancing, singing and dancing, and cultivating excellent performers are an indispensable and important process for the development of Shandong opera. After the formation of Song Zaju, it also spread to Shandong. At the end of Jin Dynasty and the beginning of Yuan Dynasty, Yuan Zaju, a form of opera sung in northern music, was produced. Shandong is one of the main popular areas. There are 28 Shandong opera writers recorded in the Ghost Record Book written by Zhong Sicheng in Yuan Dynasty and the sequel to Ghost Record Book written by Jia Zhongming in early Ming Dynasty, and 4 of them are good at singing. The most prosperous place of traditional Chinese opera is Dongping. There are 1 Yuan Qu writers from Shan Dongping, such as Gao Wenxiu and Zhang Shiqi. The most prominent one is Gao Wenxiu, whose work "Black Whirlwind Double Sacrifice" won the people's love.
Shandong opera entered a period of vigorous development in Ming and Qing dynasties. Li Kaixian's "The Sword" and Kong Shangren's "Peach Blossom Fan" have outstanding achievements and the greatest influence. In terms of performances, professional troupes have increased and activities have been frequent.
By the middle of Qing Dynasty, dozens of different operas were active in Shandong. It can be roughly divided into Bangzi Opera, Chord Opera, Elbow Drum Opera and so on.
At present, there are more than 3 kinds of traditional operas popular in Shandong, which can be roughly divided into Bangzi Opera, Chord Opera, Elbow and Drum Opera, and traditional operas formed by folk songs and dances and rap.
There are many kinds of Bangzi Opera popular in Shandong, such as Henan Opera, Shandong Bangzi, Laiwu Bangzi, Jujube Bangzi, Liangjiaxian, Donglu Bangzi and Hebei Bangzi. Popular areas include Heze, Jining, Linyi, Zaozhuang, Tai 'an, Jinan, Liaocheng, Dezhou, Laiwu and Binzhou. Zhang Lan, Zhu Guiqin and Li Xinhua, the actors of Henan Opera who won the Plum Blossom Award, are still active on the stage all over Shandong.
Chord tune, a popular ballad spread by the people, has developed into a traditional opera tune after the cantata stage. Due to the differences in spreading areas and accompaniment instruments, and influenced by other arts, the stringed instrument has formed different styles of traditional operas, among which Liuzi Opera, Killer Opera and Luozi Opera are popular in Shandong. Liuzi Opera, known as "Dongliu", is one of the most popular and influential operas in the string-string cavity. Representative plays include Li Yaxian's Sifu, The Story Of Diu Sim's Sifu, Yingying's Sifu and Li Sanniang's Sifu.
Elbow-drum Ziqiang is a traditional opera tune with "sissy" as its main tone, based on the popular Huagu Yangko. The operas included are Liuqin Opera, Wuyin Opera, Maoqiang Opera, Liu Qiang Opera, Dengqiang Opera and Donglu Elbow Drum.
The operas developed from rap include: Lu Opera, Dang Opera, Yugu Opera, Eight Immortals Opera, Languan Opera, etc.
