, mahjong parlors, massage parlors, game entertainment venues, board game rooms, script games, escape rooms and other closed leisure and entertainment places are temporarily suspended from business, and catering service units are not allowed to provide dine-in operations.

Reduce the flow and gathering of people.

In epidemic risk areas, home working and online working are encouraged. Parks, buildings and enterprises that meet the conditions can adopt flexible work systems and other methods to minimize the gathering of people.

The unit office must strictly check the negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours. If the unit fails to check and causes the epidemic to spread, it will bear corresponding legal liability.

Catering service units in normalized prevention and control areas should try to reduce dine-in operations and encourage the provision of in-store pickup and takeout delivery services.

Delivery personnel must strictly implement nucleic acid testing requirements, wear masks throughout the food delivery process, and take personal protection.

Persons from other provinces and cities, as well as those arriving and returning, must register their information through the information declaration system for people coming and returning from Ningxia. They will undergo an landing inspection upon arrival for the first time, and then undergo health monitoring for 3 days. In areas where the epidemic has spread within 7 days, follow-up health monitoring will be required for 7 days.

Those in high-risk areas must be quarantined for 7 days, those in medium-risk areas must be monitored at home for 7 days, and those in low-risk areas must be monitored for 7 days.
