Recently, I have really fallen in love with cooking food (experimentation).
In fact, I know that I fell in love with the feeling of happiness that comes when I devote myself to something. I enjoy this process and am happy to share it with everyone.
The overall process is divided into three major steps: first, kneading and rising.
Second, boil pizza sauce (tomato sauce).
Three, mix well and put in the oven.
Of course, there is the most important step: eating.
Material preparation: flour, yeast powder, sugar, salt, butter (or corn oil), pure milk, tomatoes, garlic, onions, tomato paste (or tomato sauce), black pepper, cheese, sausage, bacon, green pepper.
Originally, the vegetables could have included corn kernels and diced carrots, etc. However, since the corn kernels were difficult to peel and I forgot to take the carrots, I had to only add green peppers.
The above ingredients are all ready except butter and black pepper.
If there are shrimps, you can add some.
Since butter can be replaced with corn oil, I thought it would be okay to use peanut oil, so I used peanut oil when making the dough.
I remember that I had black pepper powder at home, but when I looked for it, I found that the bottle was white pepper powder.
I wanted my husband to buy it, but the weather was not kind. The weather forecast said there would be heavy rain.
Leave out the black pepper, for fear of losing the soul of the pizza.
So, my husband ordered takeout.
Soon the black pepper and butter arrived.
I have to say, it is really convenient now.
The first step is to take some flour and put it into a basin, about 200 grams.
Then, add about 3 grams of yeast powder, some sugar, a little salt, and a small spoonful of (yellow) oil.
After stirring evenly with chopsticks, slowly pour in pure milk and stir until the flour becomes fluffy and lumpy, then knead into a ball.
Seal the pot with plastic wrap (or cover it with a plastic bag) and place it in a slightly warm place until the dough doubles in size.
In the second step, slice the sausage, cut the bacon into small slices, and shred the green pepper, set aside.
Cut three or four cloves of garlic into small pieces, dice half a small onion, blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, peel them, and then cut them into small pieces.
Put (yellow) oil in the pot, when it is 50% hot, add the minced garlic and stir-fry, then add the diced onions and stir-fry until soft, then add the tomato pieces and stir-fry, add sugar and salt to force out the water, and then
Pour in some tomato sauce and a small bowl of water and simmer slowly.
Boil until thick and a circle of oil appears on the edge of the pot, it is ready.
Finally, add some black pepper.
The taste is really amazing.
The third step is to put the ingredients into a plate and put it in the oven.
Divide the fermented dough into two pieces and roll each into 0.5cm thick cakes that are exactly the same size as the baking pan (about 1cm thick when baked). The outside of the cake is slightly thicker.
Brush the baking sheet with butter, put the dough in, use a fork to poke rows of holes in the dough, seal the baking sheet with plastic wrap, and let it rest for ten minutes.
During this time, the oven can be preheated for 5 minutes.
After the dough is fermented, evenly spread a layer of freshly fried tomato sauce on the dough, sprinkle with a thin layer of cheese, top with bacon and sausage, then sprinkle with a thick layer of cheese, and add a few shredded green peppers.
Just sprinkle a little cheese symbolically, or not at all.
After the oven is preheated, put the pizza ingredients into the oven, adjust the temperature to 200 degrees, and bake for about 25 minutes.
Delicious home-made pizza is ready~ The remaining tomato sauce can be stored in a jar or made into pasta.
