3. During the inspection and verification period by the relevant units, if Party A rents the venue to a third party, it must pay ten times the breach of contract deposit.
4. After Party A and Party B sign this letter of intent and pay the deposit, if Party B is unable to rent Party A's store due to other reasons, Party A will not refund the deposit.
5. This letter of intent is made in two copies. Party A and Party B each hold one copy. With this letter of intent and the deposit receipt, the lease contract will be signed. At that time, this letter of intent will automatically become invalid.
