10, decompress without eating.
In the past, when I was unhappy, I felt weak and helpless. I would eat something good, such as self-help sea fishing to heal my wounds.
When I am happy, I even celebrate with my good friends. In short, I can eat hot pot whether I am happy or not.
Now, when I am in a bad mood, I will listen to music, run, swim and ride a bike to release my stress. When I am in a good mood, I will go shopping, travel and participate in activities.

I used to be very excited and eat a lot at night, so I couldn't go to bed too early. I often wake up at one or two in the morning, then I can't sleep in the morning and don't want to get up for a long time. The skin is getting worse and worse, and the dark circles are particularly serious.
Now, basically, I will turn off the lights and go to bed around 1 1, wake up at 6 am, and then make breakfast and read books. I think I have enough time.
13. Exercise regularly and keep healthy.
I used to sit at work for a day, and my legs were swollen, and then my stomach became smaller. I face the computer for a long time, my face is oily and I often break out. I just want to lie down for a while after work. Nothing matters.
Now I often get up and walk around within 1 hour after work. I drink too much water and go to the toilet more diligently. Haha, then I can walk every day. I will run and ride a bike when I get off work early, and keep exercising when I go back later, which can achieve good exercise effect. I have never been sick since I started to exercise.
From the time I started to lose weight to the present experience, I found that the thin people around me affected you, and I really lost a lot of weight.
