Food practices
1. Fresh frog strips are washed and sliced. Soak the shrimp thoroughly. Ginger is peeled and cut into small pieces. Cut the onion into pieces.
2. Mix the chopped frog with salt, monosodium glutamate, Shaoxing wine, ginger, onion and wet raw flour, put it in a plate and sprinkle with dried shrimps.
3. Boil the steamer, put the prepared frog in the steamer, steam on high fire for 7 minutes, sprinkle with pepper and drizzle with sesame oil.
