< p> In this trip, we mainly looked for food along the section between Baohua Road and Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street. Considering that it was impossible to eat a lot in one afternoon, we also added a route to visit Litchi Bay. When everyone was full, we went to Litchi Bay. It is also a good choice to walk around Liwan Park and experience Xiguan’s characteristic buildings, small bridges and flowing water. You can also stay at night to enjoy the night view of Litchi Bay. (Of course, there are also some time-honored gourmet restaurants nearby, which we list below. I will introduce it to everyone)

1. Baohua Road-Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street (the main part of the itinerary)

Some friends may ask, will we go to all the stores marked on the picture? No, hahahaha, otherwise you will be very full (.＾▽＾) Due to time constraints and the limited capacity of our stomachs, here we only selected some restaurants that we have eaten at that we think are better to recommend to everyone, and there are no others. You can save the ones you ate at in Xiguan for weeding next time!

1. Yinji Rice Roll: (by LLQ)

How can you come to Guangzhou without eating rice rolls! This is not the first Yinjie restaurant, but the products are pretty good. I have eaten the mandarin duck rice rolls and the signature rice rolls there before. The skin is soft and tender; because the business is booming, the ingredients used in the filling (maybe this is the word?) It is also very fresh and can be regarded as a very authentic Cantonese rice roll. Friends who want to experience the taste of Xiguan must not miss it! ! However, in order to save our stomach capacity and eat more delicious food, it is recommended that two or three people eat one portion~

2. Mei Mei Fried Food (by LX)

Have a look You will see a small store on the left side of the direction. The most famous one is fried taro shrimp and fried fish skin. The fried taro shrimp does not have shrimp, and the wife cake does not have wife either hahahahahahahaha

Still There are fried eggplants and so on, but it’s better to eat less, just to satisfy your craving~

3. Baohua Noodle Shop (by LX)

The noodles of Baohua Noodle Shop are: The traditional bamboo noodles are very chewy. Their signature dishes are shrimp wonton noodles, gold medal pork knuckle noodles, and three-star curry beef brisket noodles. However, because of its reputation, the price is relatively expensive.

4. Shun Kee Ice Room (by LX)

As for Shun Kee, I personally think it’s better to have the main ice cream. The mango coconut durian depends on your personal taste, and you can also have a double version ~

5. Chen Tianji Fish Skin (by LX)

If you often take the subway, you will see their short video. It can be said to be a snack bar with Xiguan style. For more than 30 years, it has only sold three types of food: fish skin, boat porridge, and pearl pork cheong fun. The fish skin may be a bit salty when eaten alone, but you can also eat it with porridge. Be careful not to eat too much. The fish skin is made from dace skin, served with crispy peanuts, topped with soy sauce and sprinkled with sesame seeds. The ingredients are very simple, but The taste of the collision is amazing

The sticky porridge base of Tingzi porridge is just right for my taste, and the cotton glutinous rice is sweet; there are a few crunchy peanuts, and the rich base of the porridge: fried dough sticks, fish, Shredded lean pork, etc... A big spoonful of imported food, rich in taste, very satisfying

Taotaoju’s morning tea can be said to be very famous! The decoration of Taotaoju in Shangxiajiu is also the most reminiscent of Old Xiguan, but unfortunately we don’t have time to drink tea in our schedule tomorrow, so this Amway is actually for everyone ~ Welcome to come and weed next time haha

I have been to Taotaoju several times, and what impressed me most was the cheese sticky rice and buffalo milk pineapple buns there~ The cheese sticky rice is really amazing! Everyone will feel tired when they hear the name cheese. The most outstanding thing about it is that the slightly sour salad dressing is poured on top of the cheese. The taste is novel and not greasy at the same time. You can eat several pieces at once haha~ and the glutinous rice is also cooked It's just right, neither soft nor hard, and with the addition of preserved meat and peanuts, it's a very traditional Cantonese-style glutinous rice.

Buffalo milk pineapple buns, for those who like sweets, they will definitely want to try it as soon as they hear this name hahaha. The filling made of buffalo milk has a texture similar to that of double-skinned milk, but it is only three-thirds as sweet as double-skinned milk, so it is not greasy. The crispy pineapple bun has a perfect texture, and since it is made to order and freshly baked, It’s really fragrant and worth a try~

7. Nanxin Milk Dessert Expert (by LX)

If you come to Guangdong, simply eat double-skinned milk.

The double-skinned milk is very delicate and has a rich milk flavor. You can also try the ginger milk, which is also a delicacy with Laoguang characteristics and is very rich~

If your stomach can no longer hold it, you can also come here to buy some Cantonese-style pastries and take them home to eat. Although the price is a bit more expensive than outside, they are freshly baked every day and taste relatively authentic.

2. Litchi Bay and Liwan Park Style Route

Considering that everyone needs to take a walk to relax after eating all afternoon, we have also added such a route, and everyone can choose Participate, we will also take students who want to go there~

Lingji Lao Noodles

How can you come to Xiguan and not eat Lao Noodles? This Lao Noodles restaurant is also a time-honored brand in the local area. But let me The most impressive thing is the coconut milk cake there. It has a delicate texture and the sweetness is the most suitable and not greasy I have ever tasted. Another friend said that the mango flavor is also delicious ~ everyone is welcome to go and weed!
