In the mid-195s, when I was in primary school, I lived in an alley near Xihuangchenggen. Under the old locust tree in Hutongkou, my second uncle set up a snack stall, and the snacks on the stall were the main memory of my childhood food.

There are several kinds of snacks, such as fried beans, rice flowers, candy bars and dried fruits. Due to different practices and seasonal changes, many kinds of snacks have been dug up, such as fried broad beans, dry fried ones, which are especially hard, also called iron broad beans. They are crunchy and chewy to eat, with the unique fragrance of broad beans. As time goes by, things have changed, and many things in the past have gradually faded out of life. Facing the new world of reality, childhood snacks and countless past events emerge in front of us from time to time, which is memorable. (
