Steamed Pork with Glutinous Rice

- Prepare ingredients-
Pork belly 2000g glutinous rice 1500g salt, bean paste, minced ginger, Sichuan peppercorns, sugar, and appropriate amount of soy sauce
- Steps-
1. Cut the pork belly into mahjong-sized pieces, add salt, bean paste, minced ginger, and Sichuan peppercorns Mix the soy sauce and sugar together and marinate overnight in the refrigerator; wash the glutinous rice and soak it in cold water overnight.
2. Pour off the excess water from the glutinous rice (no need to drain) and mix well with the marinated pork belly.
3. Put it into the steamer and steam over high heat. After the steam comes out, steam for another 50 minutes.
4. It’s done!
5. Divide into bowls while hot.
Make a few at a time, cool it and put it in the refrigerator. When you eat it, just steam it with the rice cooker and rice!
