Yaotouyao in Chengcheng County has a firing history of 1300 years. According to relevant data and archaeological inference, Yaotou Kiln began in the Han Dynasty, and the record that Chengcheng porcelain sand began in the Tang Dynasty in the Ming Dynasty is the earliest written record about Yaotou Kiln. During the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China, the porcelain burning industry in Yaotou Town developed to a prosperous stage. According to folklore, there were more than 100 kilns in its heyday, which were exported to Shanxi, Gansu, Inner Mongolia, northern Shaanxi and other places.
