Food desert is a subjective evaluation. Different people have different views and tastes on food, so they may have different answers. But generally speaking, some industrial cities or small cities with slow development may not have many special foods, which are dubbed as "gourmet desert". The following are some cities that may be considered as food deserts:

1. Lhasa: Because of its unique geographical location, close to high mountains and cold climate, it is included in Tibetan areas (Qinghai-Tibet Plateau), and the vegetables and fruits are relatively monotonous, so it is difficult to cultivate special food.

2. Hohhot: Hohhot is dominated by grassland herders, and traditional cuisine is dominated by mutton, dairy products and pasta, which is relatively monotonous and does not have too many characteristics.

3. Yibin: Yibin is a small city in Sichuan Province. Although it is a part of Sichuan, it is not a particularly famous food city because of its geographical location and economic development, so it may be considered as one of the food deserts.

Generally speaking, each city has its own unique cuisine and culture, and different people have different needs and preferences for cuisine. It may be unfair to judge which city is a "gourmet desert" only by its region or development level.
