stewed pig's trotters with yam
Materials
Diced Chinese yam 2g, diced pig's trotters 8g, 1 auricularia auricula, 2g Lycium barbarum, 1 red dates, 5 pieces of ginger, 2g rice wine, proper amount of salt, 1 tablespoon white vinegar, 5g
Method
1. Scald pig's trotters for later use.
2. Add trotters, white fungus, red dates, ginger slices, appropriate amount of water, rice wine, hawthorn, yam and white vinegar into the pot and cook until the trotters are soft.
3. Season with a little salt.
