Don’t forget the delicacies from all over the world, such as Tianshui’s guagua, Lanzhou’s beef noodles and hands, Wuwei’s poached fish, Zhangye’s rolled chicken, Jiayuguan Datang Food City’s barbecue, and Dunhuang’s night market. Remember to ask the locals about where they are.
