Salt chemical industry is the main industry. The township is rich in salt resources, and the annual output value of salt industry accounts for more than half of the total output value of agriculture, animal husbandry and fishery in the township. The township has a 2-kilometer dedicated railway line for transporting salt, which is in line with the Tianjin-Shanghai and Shuohuang railways. There are 74 platform cargo spaces. The original salt dump is only 5 kilometers away from Huanghua Port, and the roads in the salt area are criss-crossed. Water and land transportation are extremely convenient. Moreover, it is rich in halogen sources and has the advantages of developing salinization industry. There is the only hill in Cangzhou-Ma Yi Mountain, which was formed in the late Quaternary volcanic eruption in 2-3. It is a dome-shaped volcanic cone (accumulation hill) 7-36 meters above the ground. The hill bends west from south to north, about 1.5 kilometers wide from east to west and about 7 kilometers long from north to south. The hill looks at Qilu in the south, the Bohai Sea in the east, and Beijing and Tianjin in the north, 2 kilometers away from Cangzhou Dagang. It is not only the highest point in Cangzhou, but also the intersection of Jiuhe River and Jiuhe culture. Hill has a long history, rich cultural landscape, rich and diverse natural products and unique geographical advantages, making it the hub of the coastal gold tourism belt. Although the hill is not as steep and majestic as the five mountains, its uniqueness is a must. Now it has been approved by the Hebei provincial government as a provincial-level volcano site-nature reserve, and at the same time it has been listed as a key tourism project of Cangzhou Municipal People's Congress.
