Erenhot Saiwusu International Airport (IATA：ERL；; ICAO：ZBER) is located near Saiwusu Science and Technology Park in Erenhot City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, about 27㎞ southeast of Erenhot City and about 36㎞ from China-Mongolia border. Erenhot Saiwusu International Airport is 27㎞ from downtown Erenhot and 3㎞ from National Highway 28. Construction started in May 28. The airport flight area is classified as 4C standard, which can meet the take-off and landing of Boeing 737-8, Airbus 32, A31 and other passenger planes, and can meet the annual throughput of 149, passengers and the use of 2 passengers per hour during peak hours. The design of roads and supporting parking lots has fully reserved space for the development of long-term models and routes.
