First, the first step is to steam the rice noodles for about 15 minutes, as shown in the figure below.
Second, in the process of steaming river noodles, you can treat the pig viscera, clean it and cut it for later use.
Third, start another small pot to boil more than half of the pot water, during which lettuce and onions can be treated, as shown in the figure below.
Fourth, after the water is boiled, add a proper amount of chicken powder to adjust the soup base, then add pig viscera to boil and season with oil, salt and soy sauce.
5. Add lettuce and onion and turn off the heat, as shown in the figure below.
6. Pour the sparerib soup into the steamed rice flour, so that the sparerib soup powder is ready.
