Homemade recipe for stir-fried eel
Ingredients: appropriate amount of ginger, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, appropriate amount of cooking oil, 280g of eel segments, appropriate amount of leeks (optional), 2 red peppers, 4 green peppers, 2 spicy millets, appropriate amount of light soy sauce, and a small amount of mature vinegar.
Steps:
1. Buy eel from the vegetable market, blanch it and remove the bones; if it is not blanched, it is fine.
