1. Materials: crucian carp, coriander, ginger slices, tofu and mushrooms.
2. Cut the tofu into small pieces, remove the stems of the mushrooms, cut the cross knife, fry the crucian carp in hot oil until it becomes discolored, add the crucian carp, ginger slices and clear water into the pot, and turn down the heat after boiling over high fire.
3. Add mushrooms, boil, add tofu, boil for half an hour, sprinkle with a little pepper and salt, and finally sprinkle with coriander.
