Yueshan Town is a town under the jurisdiction of Boai County, Jiaozuo City, Henan Province.

It is an economically strong town in Henan Province, with a small per capita cultivated land area in its jurisdiction.

Suzhai Village, Yueshan Town is the birthplace of the famous Lanzhou Beef Ramen.

In the information about Lanzhou Beef Ramen, there is this description: During the Jiaqing period of the Qing Dynasty, Ma Liuqi, a member of the Dongxiang tribe in Gansu Province, learned to make small noodles from Chen Weijing in Suzhai Village, Hanoi County, Huaiqing Prefecture, Henan Province (in Yuezhen Mountain, Boai County, Henan Province).

The craftsmanship of making beef old soup noodles was later brought to Lanzhou. After the innovation and improvement of Chen Hesheng, a descendant of the Chen family, and Ma Baozi, a Hui cook, it is based on "one clear (soup), two white (radish), three green (cilantro, garlic sprouts)
