When Sagulu was a child, he felt that people around him knew everything, but he didn't know anything. He often concentrates on one thing, trying to understand it, only for a few hours at a time, a leaf, or sitting in bed looking at a dark corner, every time for one night. It is his high concern that makes him feel something about himself and the things around him.
As he grew up, he gradually began to find that people around him knew nothing, and he began to find that people were just happy to live in their own ideas and belief systems in life. Of course, these thoughts and belief systems are generally established by themselves or passed down by others.
In this communication, he found that these people also knew God, another world of heaven, and Saguru began to feel that others were so powerful again. So he went outside the temple again. He wants to see those who have communicated with God. He observed the faces of everyone who came out of the temple and listened to their small talk. However, he found that many people were cursing the creator and God, because they took off their shoes and went into the temple and found that their shoes were gone. At the same time, he found that people who came out of the restaurant had happier faces. Compared with food, God seems to be better than food.
He doesn't understand, and he has more and more questions about people and things, social structure, political system, religious belief and even scientific theory. He felt that these things could not resonate with his life experience.
Finally one day, he went to Chamonix Mountain. According to the local tradition in India, people who have something to do, people who have nothing to do, people who are in love and people who are lovelorn should go to Chamonix. He was lovelorn and nothing happened, which gave him all the more reason to go to Chamonix.
Sagulu sat in a daze on the mountain. He suddenly felt the rocks, the air he breathed, the surrounding environment, and everything became himself. He felt that this state lasted for more than ten minutes. When he returned to normal, he found that four hours had passed. At that time, he had been sitting there with a clear mind and eyes open, but he did pass by during the experience. He shed tears for the first time as an adult because he was immersed in a completely different kind of joy. According to him, every cell in the whole body reveals joy. This is his first magical experience.
Later, with the deepening of this experience, this situation appeared repeatedly. When he sat there, it felt like only a minute, which might be hours for others. One day he sat there and felt that it was only half an hour. When he came to his senses, it had been 13 days. So a large crowd gathered around him, hung a wreath around his neck and began to touch his feet. At first, he was asked to predict his business and when his daughter could get married.
With the deepening of this experience, I slowly began to find that everything I thought was "me" suddenly became not "me", and this body was always me, but he suddenly found that this body was just the accumulation of food I had eaten. What accumulates over time can only be "me", and it will not become "me". Here are just many impressions stored in my mind. This body and mind is not "I", but just "I". He said: "There is a gap between me and my body, and there is also a gap between me and my mind."
After this experience, another experience appeared, and time and space began to lose meaning for him. Seeing "here" is also "there" and "there" has become "here". There is no past, present and future. But that feeling is spectacular and wonderful. In this process, he experienced that "being" is not human-centered, and all human experiences are self-created.
Most people think that their emotions and feelings are shaped by their surroundings, but in fact, they all 100% come from their own creation.
When you realize through the same careful observation that all experiences are created within yourself, and the source of your experiences is within yourself, then everyone wants to get the greatest happiness in life. What should you do?
When Sagulu realized that happiness came from the inner self, he closed his eyes again and began to experience and observe this "I". He found the working mechanism of the human body so fascinating that he closed his eyes and observed it carefully for several days, trying to see everything about himself. He began to realize that holding a piece of bread in this human system would become my body in a few hours, and he began to experience that this piece of bread was himself.
When this feeling became more and more sober, he saw the real source of creation, the real maker of this body, the maker of this body, and it was within me. After seeing this, he saw that he would update his brain within 24 hours, surpassing social, family environment and even genetics, and completely changed himself. After 24 hours, I became a completely different person. After another 24 hours, I became a different person.
Once, Sagulu broke his left ankle in a hockey game. At the same time, chronic asthma began to attack, and the situation was very serious. He suffers from severe pain and extreme breathing difficulties. Just then, he suddenly had an idea. If the maker of this body is inside me, why can't I repair it from the inside? So I sat down, closed my eyes and sat for over an hour. When he opened his eyes, the asthma had stopped and never happened again. Most importantly, the broken ankle recovered in just over an hour.
With the help of this experience, he began to create some methods so that everyone can feel the inner "intelligence" that can turn bread into people. This kind of intelligence exists in human system, but it doesn't just refer to human thinking process. This kind of "intelligence" can bring you inner happiness. This advanced wisdom and ability are all over the human body.
In fact, it is the boundary of perception that defines what is me and what is not me. I am conscious here, so this is me, and there, I am unconscious, so it is not me. This perception can be infinitely extended or infinitely reduced. Anything you perceive can experience that it is "myself". Here is a glass of water. Obviously, it is not me, but if I drink it, I will bring it into the boundary of perception, so he becomes me. If you let your perception expand infinitely, people, things and things around you, even the universe, when you really experience this inclusive perception, you will. These are all born to human beings.
If you want to experience this kind of inclusive perception? As long as you don't define yourself by what doesn't belong to you, don't let your limited identity bind your consciousness, and you can't take what you have accumulated, including your body and mind, as yourself, you can experience this kind of inclusive perception. This ability is available to everyone and can be achieved by everyone.
People now lack an all-encompassing consciousness, an all-encompassing life experience.
This description of Sagulu's enlightenment is impressive. He said that most people think that their emotions and feelings are shaped by the surrounding situation, but in fact, all of them come from their inner self-creation.
All the experiences are created by ourselves. If you want to live a happy life, you must understand that happiness comes from the inner self, and this kind of "intelligence" existing in the human system brings people inner happiness.
He said, you can't take what you have accumulated, including your body and mind, as yourself. A person can experience this kind of inclusive perception without defining himself by what does not belong to him or limiting his consciousness. Everyone has this ability and can do it.
I can't understand and wonder at the same time what kind of feeling it is, an all-inclusive consciousness and an all-inclusive life experience.
