The practice of fermented bean curd
1 Wash pork belly, cut it into large pieces, cook it in boiling water until it is 80% cooked, take it out and let it cool, cut patterns on the skin and put it in a bowl.
2 rock sugar is crushed into powder. Wash and blanch spinach and cook it in boiling water. Mashing fermented bean curd, mixing with Shao wine, soy sauce and rock sugar to make fermented bean curd.
