Not bad. Chengkaihui Community is the first affordable rental housing community project in Shanghai, which has alleviated the housing difficulties of new citizens and young people. Chengkaihui Community is located next to the transportation hub of Shanghai South Railway Station, about 500 meters away from the subway entrances of 1 Line, Line 3 and1Line 5, adjacent to Xujiahui Business Circle, with Xuhui Riverside in the east and caohejing Development Zone in the west. The whole project has a total construction area of about 66,000 square meters and can supply 873 houses (1006 rooms).
