We checked the navigation and found that the distance was about 20 kilometers, but 10 kilometers were mountain roads. ? Most of the time I use the car in urban areas, and I have never done mountain running before. I am not sure what kind of road conditions I will encounter during these 10 kilometers, and whether the power and control of the Xpeng G3 can satisfy it. You can’t worry about so much anymore. The mountain road is not as easy to walk as I imagined. It is not wide, with two lanes in both directions, and the road surface is the same as what everyone sees. It's not muddy, and there are no obvious potholes, but it's just the first time I've driven on a non-paved road for such a long distance, so I'm still a little nervous. ?Let’s talk about power first. There are many long slopes on the way up the mountain, and some winding roads have sharp bends. The standard mode and energy-saving mode are obviously a little gentler. Switching to the sports mode will be much better. The low torque becomes more sufficient and it will not be difficult to climb steep slopes. The difference is not too big compared to flat ground. Just step on the pedal a little more.

Let’s talk about the control. The steering wheel is pointed accurately and there is no obvious empty position. The front of the car follows the steering range, and the driving confidence is high. The chassis is relatively neat, with no flicking or violent ups and downs. If 10 points is a perfect score, I would give it an 8.5. There is still some improvement in terms of vibration filtering. The temperature on the mountain is at least 1-2 degrees lower than at the bottom. The tires are a bit flat. I checked the tire pressure and it was only 2.3, which is a bit low. I forgot to bring the electric air pump, so I suggest you keep one in the car just in case.

The weather on the mountain was a bit strange. It started to rain and then stopped immediately, repeated several times.

I followed the navigation all the way, and the navigation was accurate.

The adaptive cruise was not turned on on the uphill section. The speed was sometimes fast and sometimes slow, and there were various curves. For safety and driving comfort, I did not use it.

It took half an hour to drive on the 10-kilometer mountain road. It was neither fast nor slow. Anyway, we reached the top smoothly. Although the performance of the Xpeng G3 is not the best, it can handle it calmly. My friend's WM EX5 is also good. It is closely behind my car. When I was approaching the destination, I switched to his car and gave it a try. Overall, It doesn't feel as easy to control as the Xpeng G3. I can't tell you specifically. Maybe I'm a bit in love with the house.
