Why is Xi one of my food destinations?
As a person who loves food, I have been to Xi 'an, the ancient capital of China, to pursue the rich food culture there and had an unforgettable self-experience. Xi 'an is a city I have never been to because of eating.

I packed my bags early and came to Xi 'an with great expectation. As soon as I set foot on this land, I was deeply attracted by the rich historical atmosphere. In the streets and alleys of Xi 'an, there is the aroma of delicious food everywhere, and the mouth-watering taste makes me irresistible.

My food trip started from the famous Huimin Street. This is an alley with rich historical and cultural background, and it is also a famous food street in Xi 'an. I walked along Huimin Street and saw all kinds of food stalls. The dazzling array of delicious food dazzled me. I decided to start with a stall selling China steamed buns.

Chinese hamburger is a traditional food in Shaanxi province, which consists of shredded pork, dough, chopped green onion, pepper and other ingredients. The crust is crisp, the stuffing is fresh and tender, and the taste is rich. I couldn't wait to take a bite and was immediately conquered by the delicious meat and crisp dough. Then, I tried the local oil sprinkled noodles, which is a unique Shaanxi pasta. Noodles are elastic to eat, rich in sauce and splashed with spicy oil, which is a taste bud enjoyment.

In Huimin Street, I also tried local traditional snacks, such as noodles with dregs sauce, cold rice noodles and mutton bread in soup, each of which surprised me. I also communicated with local residents and learned more about the story and culture of Xi cuisine.

Besides Huimin Street, I also explored the cuisines of other places. While riding on the wall of Xi 'an, I found a stall selling kebabs. I tasted their mutton kebabs and beef kebabs. The meat is tender and juicy, with special spices, which is a wonderful taste enjoyment. I have also tasted Shaxian snacks in Shaanxi, such as oil spilled cakes and fermented bean curd.
