, also known as Siping Street, is a prefecture-level city in Jilin Province, between 42 31' and 44 9' north latitude and 123 17' and 125 49' east longitude. It is located at the junction of Liaoning, Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia provinces and in the hinterland of the central Songliao Plain.
