I think if you want to make delicious fried rice, it depends entirely on whether your ingredients are powerful or not. Now I will share with you several ingredients and three kinds of fried rice.
1 Assorted egg fried rice preparation materials: eggs, vegetable oil, carrots, cucumbers, olives, bean sprouts, rice and refined salt.
cut carrots into cubes, cucumbers into the same size as carrots, olives into filaments, wash bean sprouts and drain them, and put the eggs in a bowl to break up.
practice: put the vegetable oil in a pan, add the eggs, stir-fry until half cooked, and put them out for use. Then add a little oil, add olives, carrots, bean sprouts and cucumbers in turn, then add rice, finally add eggs and continue to stir fry until there are no rice balls and the grains are separated, and finally add salt to serve, so that the delicious mixed egg fried rice is good.
2 fried rice with potato and bacon, preparation materials: five slices of bacon, one potato, half onion, vegetable oil, garlic, refined salt, chicken essence and soy sauce.
wash and shred the big potatoes, and cut the bacon into filaments, the onion into filaments, and the garlic into foam.
Practice: heat the oil in the pot, add the onion until fragrant, then add the bacon and continue to stir fry. After half a minute, add the shredded potatoes, stir fry until golden brown, add the slightly cool soy sauce, then stir-fry the rice until it has no dough, and finally add the minced garlic, salt and chicken essence. This delicious fried rice with potatoes and bacon is also good.
3 Laoganma ham fried rice, preparation materials, Laoganma, onion, ham, olives, salt and rice.
tear the olive vegetable into small pieces by hand, and cut the onion into granules.
practice: put the vegetable oil into the pot, add the olive vegetables, onion, ham and rice in turn, stir-fry for a while, pour in Laoganma, and then take the salt out of the pot.
