The second method
1. The fried mochi noodles should be mixed hard, otherwise they will burn when eaten; take out the dough and press it repeatedly, knead evenly, and sprinkle a little cornstarch, as it will stick easily when rolled out with flour. Roll out the dough repeatedly until it is about 1 mm thin. The thinner you roll it, the crispier the hemp leaves will be. This step is key. Try to keep the center and edges of the dough the same thickness. After rolling, cut into wide strips, stack them together, and cut into diamond-shaped slices with a diagonal knife. You can fry it directly at this time.
2.
