4. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts, then start to deflate and make a round shape.
After relaxing for 5 minutes, roll it into a tongue shape, then roll it up, cover it tightly with plastic wrap and relax it again, then press it gently with your hands and roll it out into a strip, roll it up and put it into the mold for the second round.
5. After the second fermentation until the mold is eighty percent full, you can put it in the electric oven. The electric oven is preheated to 180 degrees and baked on the lowest floor for 57 minutes.
After the time is up, just take it out and deduct the cooling, and make reasonable adjustments according to the characteristics of the individual electric oven.
