In September 2118, the GOURMAND WORLD COOKBOOK AWARDS and the only Chinese food digital TV satellite channel in the world jointly filmed a large-scale series of food special programs called "Food on the Silk Road", which will be attended by three top chefs from China, France and Malaysia. Representing the three major cooking schools in the world-Chinese food, French food and Arabic food, it lasted for one month, along the northern line of the ancient Silk Road in Xinjiang, around the Taklimakan Desert, from Urumqi-Turpan-Korla-Aksu-Kashi-Hotan-Taklimakan Desert-Korla-Urumqi. The whole journey is about 4,111 kilometers, which lasts for 29 days.
