The Dragon Boat Festival is here, and I'll be there to witness it. I thought it was impossible for me to make zongzi simply, and I never learned it myself. Who knows, when I really made zongzi, I realized that it was a craft. It was beautiful and strong, and it was not easy.

On the afternoon of the fourth day, I learned to make zongzi with my mother. My mother took a zongzi leaf and rolled it with her hand, which became a hollow cone. I tried to roll it into a cone like my mother, but it was not rolled well, and it was still straight. As soon as my mother looked at it, she pointed out, "Hold one corner of Zongzi leaf in my left hand and put the other corner of Zongzi leaf in my right hand."

Then, my mother inserted a chopstick into the hollow conical rice leaf, scooped some glutinous rice into it with a spoon, and then shook the chopsticks evenly until the glutinous rice was tightly wrapped. I also put chopsticks into rice leaves and put the glutinous rice away. When I shake chopsticks, I either break the rice leaves or the sticky rice is not tightly wrapped. My mother said, "Shake the chopsticks gently and pinch the rice leaves tightly. Look-"The zongzi I wrapped looks a bit like it.

The last process, tie the rope. I saw my mother pinching the leaves with both hands, winding the rope around the sharp corner of the zongzi twice and tying the rope head, and a beautiful zongzi was wrapped.

I was so happy to eat my lovely jiaozi. Through this trip to jiaozi, I understand a truth: To learn a skill well, you must be sincere, careful and persistent.
