Main Ingredients
Half a catty of duck, half a catty of Zijiang

Method
1. Prepare materials.
2. Pour the duck meat into boiling water, wash away the foam, and slice the ginger into slices.
3. Heat the pot, don’t put any oil first, put in the duck meat and stir-fry it, the duck will produce oil. After the duck produces oil, add some peanut oil and saute it for a while, then take out the duck meat. Come on, leave the oil in the pot (note that there is no salt in the duck meat, the salt is put into the ginger at one time).
