Stir-fried clams
Ingredients: clams, green onions, ginger, dried chilies.
Steps:
Step 1. Shred the green onion and shred the ginger. Because I have been getting angry these days, I only added two dried chili peppers.
Step 2: After the oil is hot, add shredded ginger, stir-fry until fragrant, add clams with sand removed, stir-fry for a few times, add cooking wine, shredded green onions, add a little salt because clams themselves are salty. That’s it, stir-fry evenly and serve (please refer to my previous winter melon and clam soup recipe for removing sand).
Step 3. It is not easy to fry clams for too long because they are already cooked, so just stir-fry them a few times during frying.
