A few days ago, I chatted with my father and learned that the origin of the place name Xiekou was actually related to Liu Bang, Emperor Gaozu. Whether it is true or not, it has not been verified, and it sounds like Lele for the time being.
It is said that during the battle between Chu and Han, Liu Bang was defeated by Xiang Yu and retreated to this place now, leaving only fifty or sixty people around him. At this time, a boy in white robe fell off his horse. Because he protected Liu Bang all the way, he was too tired to fight for days and nights. When Liu Bang arrived, his eyes were glazed, his mouth was crooked and he was exhausted! Liu Bang was very sad. He ordered the soldiers to bury the white-robed boy on the spot.
Later, Liu Bang defeated Xiang Yu and became the emperor of the Western Han Dynasty. He thought of the white-robed boy who worked hard for him. Because he doesn't know his name, he can't get a reward. He only remembers that when he died, his eyes were dull and his mouth was crooked, so he called the place where he was buried a memorial to him.
It is said that there is an unknown tomb 500 meters southeast of Xiekou Town, which is said to be the tomb of a white-robed teenager.
