Main Ingredients
200g wheat flour
130g warm water
2g yeast
Accessories
Adequate amount of brown sugar
Salt 1g
Steps
1. Put flour, yeast, salt and sugar into a bread bucket
2. Knead into a smooth dough
3. Ferment until doubled in size
4. Put brown sugar in a bowl
5 .Add flour
6. Stir evenly to form a filling
7. Deflate the fermented dough and knead it again
8. Divide the dough into equal portions
9. Make each portion of dough into a round shape
10. Roll it into a round slice
11. Add brown sugar filling
12. Wrap it up with the seam facing down
13. Roll it into a thin pancake, being careful not to break it
14. Then put the dough into the baking pan
15. Place in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes
16. Remember to turn over halfway
