Shrimp and tofu stew
Ingredients: fresh shrimps, enoki mushrooms, 5 Japanese tofu, onions, ginger, garlic, spicy millet, tomato sauce, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, salt, starch
Sauce: Add one spoonful of tomato sauce, one spoonful of oyster sauce, two spoons of light soy sauce, a little salt, and one spoonful of starch to a bowl, stir well and set aside
Method:
< p>1. Remove the shells and devein from the shrimps and set aside, wash and tear the enoki mushrooms and set aside2. Cut the Japanese tofu into cubes, coat with corn starch + heat oil in the pot and put into a small pot
< p>3. Slowly fry both sides until golden brown, take it out, add the shrimps and stir-fry until they change color and set aside4. Add enoki mushrooms, tofu, shrimps, ginger and garlic slices to the bottom of the pot, and mix well Sauce, appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes, sprinkle with millet, spicy chopped green onion and it’s done
