Every time I attend a barbecue, there are many vegetarian dishes, which everyone likes. List my favorite vegetarian dishes, such as roasted mushrooms, potato chips, leeks, eggplant, peppers, peppers, long beans, Pleurotus ostreatus, sweet potato chips, lotus root chips, zucchini, cabbage, beans, green peppers, onions, cucumbers, kelp, corn, and mushrooms.
These vegetarian dishes are all essential ingredients for barbecue. Personally, I think eating some greasy meat should be followed by eating some vegetarian dishes.
Frequent barbecue brings two hazards:
1. After barbecue, the nature of food tends to be hot and dry, and the use of various condiments, such as cumin, pepper, pepper, etc., are all hot ingredients, which are very spicy and irritating, and will greatly stimulate gastrointestinal peristalsis and secretion of digestive juice, which may damage the gastrointestinal mucosa and affect the balance of physical fitness, making people "angry".
2. It is easy to be infected with parasites: the barbecue food is tender on the outside, and some of the meat is not yet cooked, or even raw meat.
