Taiwan Province pin cha Ji

I went to Taiwan Province in late spring and early summer.

There are many attractive places in Taiwan Province, with unique food, culture and natural scenery. As a tea lover, it is natural to try their good tea when you arrive in Taiwan Province. Tea tasting requires good water, a good tea set and people who can make tea. During this trip, I was lucky enough to see two different tea cultures, one simple and the other elegant, each with its own attractions.

The first teahouse is in Alishan Scenic Area. In China, they are often taken to a tea garden by tour guides, who drink the so-called organic tea produced by themselves with anxiety and think about excuses, so they don't have to buy it and then they won't offend the tour guide. This time, I was also taken to tea by the tour guide in the scenic spot. I had some resistance, but I was glad to go because I was really thirsty. What we didn't expect was that the tea house was on the high mountain, and it was spacious all around, and we could see the mountains and clouds in the distance. Outside the window is a lush tea garden, full of green vitality. The girls who make tea for us are dressed in traditional Shao costumes. They don't talk much, but their smiles are sweet. They concentrate on the process of making tea, filling water, washing tea and distributing tea, and then serve us several different teas with different colors and scents. According to their introduction, we tasted several varieties of Jin Xuan, Wulong and black tea from light to strong. Among them, there is no hype, and there is no seemingly professional health survey. There are only flowing teas, teas and teas, which completely let us feel the sweetness, bitterness, fragrance and alcohol of different teas with our five senses.

all the people quieted down and savored it carefully, as if they felt the lightness of Alishan cloud, the sweetness of spring water and the peace away from the hubbub. During the whole process, the tour guide was busy putting oolong tea into our mineral water bottle. Afterwards, she told us that cold tea has more flavor than hot tea and can retain the nutrients of tea. After an hour of tea tasting, there were basically not many words. After that, some people readily subscribed, while others kept quiet, but these did not affect the sweet smiles of those girls. When someone started bargaining, they were a little surprised and still refused with a smile. And we in the same trade, I don't know why, are a little embarrassed. Perhaps it is this atmosphere and these sweet smiles that make us feel that this is not a shopping mall? When we finished drinking tea, these girls accompanied us to the square. It turned out that they also served as actors and gave wonderful folk song and dance performances to tourists every day. That sweet and bright singing voice is as sweet, simple and straightforward as the tea in Alishan.

The second teahouse is next to an alley on Zhongshan North Second Road in Taipei. Before coming to Taiwan Province, a friend from Taiwan Province heard that I wanted to buy tea, so he recommended Yulin Core, which, according to him, is a brand that local people like and has a high cost performance. So with the mentality of purchasing gifts, I followed the map and came to its head office. The facade of the shop is not big, just beside the busy Zhongshan North Second Road, but it is completely unaware of the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. There are a lot of ginger flowers in the ceramic jar at the door, which are chic and elegant. Pushing open the door, I suddenly became enlightened. It is a teahouse that all scholars yearn for. The area is small, but the color is simple, the decoration is exquisite, and tea ware or decoration with ceramics is dotted everywhere, and all kinds of green plants. In the middle of the teahouse, there is a huge tea table. A middle-aged woman is making Kung Fu tea. When she saw us coming in, she nodded slightly and smiled kindly but quietly. When asked about our purpose, she was not in a hurry to recommend tea, but asked us, what kind or taste do you like? Seeing that we couldn't describe it clearly, he smiled and said, then try it first, and then choose if you like it. So, we spent nearly two hours in this tea shop, tasting all kinds of tea, listening to Nancy introduce the origin and characteristics of each tea, and then experience it carefully. Seeing that we like it, she also sent home-made refined refreshments, just like entertaining her girlfriends, diligent and calm. There are many customers coming and going in the process of drinking tea. It can be seen that most of them are regular customers, and they are very familiar with Nancy. She will also tell them what good tea is coming and what activities are there, and help them reserve seats.

When we saw all kinds of exquisite ornaments and tea sets in the teahouse, we couldn't put them down. Nancy said that there are exhibitions and activities with different themes here every month, including painting, music, literature, etc. Now, the famous Dadu Kiln and Xiaofang Kiln are on display on the second floor, and the teacups and incense burners we are using now are the flowers and lotus series of Dadu Kiln. When we heard that there was an exhibition in the pot-bellied kiln, which was very popular in mainland China, we immediately rushed to the second floor. Wow, the whole floor was like a small museum, with all kinds of exquisite ceramic utensils on display. The quaint pot-bellied kiln is sought after because of its rare output, simple color, and childlike design and modeling, but so many fine products can be seen here. A complete set of flowery tea sets, various mugs and small ornaments are amazing and enviable. Xiaofang kiln, which is famous for its antique, is more and more exquisite and noble next to Dadu kiln. The special rain is azure and moist as jade, and there are irregular ice cracks in it, showing ingenious workmanship. This is not only imitation, but has almost surpassed the firing technology of Song porcelain and added modern aesthetic consciousness, which makes people happy when they see it. According to Nancy, there is only one piece of each work, and many of them have been ordered by regular customers, including their store, which will also buy some fine works for collection or use. As a result of this quiet promotion, each of us packed a lot of bags and even bought a set of tea sets, for fear of missing our beloved ones. When we came back, we often mentioned this unusual shopping experience and that special tea shop.

Two different tea rooms have different degrees of exquisiteness and different geographical locations, but they are no longer selling products in a limited way, but promoting a feeling of being happy and forgetting the customs, so that the business is elegant and noble without fireworks. No matter the girl in Alishan or Nancy in Taipei, she is a master of Chinese. She unfolds calmly, so that you can immerse yourself in it and be moved by it, hoping to have this beautiful feeling for a long time and buy it gladly. This is the so-called cultural experience marketing, right
