Chicken breast with green pepper
Ingredients: 1 piece of chicken breast, 3-4 green peppers (not too spicy), 1 egg, appropriate amount of ginger and garlic, salt, oyster sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper and pepper.
Step: 1. First shred the green pepper for later use, and the chicken breast is also shredded along the meridians, so it must be cut along, otherwise it will taste bad;
2. Then wash and drain the cut chicken breast, beat an egg in it to make the chicken tender and smooth, then pour in two spoonfuls of cooking wine, one spoonful of soy sauce, a proper amount of pepper and salt to remove the fishy smell and taste, then pour in a little oil to keep the chicken moist, and marinate for 10 minute.
3. Then cut the ginger and garlic, and you can start frying. Pour the oil into a hot pot. After heating to 70% heat, add ginger and garlic, pour chicken and stir-fry over low heat until it turns white.
4. After the chicken is fried, remove it for later use. If the pot is particularly dirty, it's best to clean the pot and then pour in the green pepper and stir fry for 2 minutes. If you pour the green pepper directly, it will be a little sticky and ugly.
5. Then pour in the chicken and stir fry for 2 minutes. If the taste is not enough, you can add a little salt, pepper and oyster sauce to taste;
6, green peppers can be cooked until broken, remember not to fry too much, there will be no chewing.
