Jiaxing route is based on the theme of "Red Boat Piloting to Build a Dream for the Future", which is divided into three chapters: the ancient charm of Jiangnan, the century-old elegance and the city of vitality. Introduction of Jiaxing Station for Torch Relay of Hangzhou Asian Games
Jiaxing Station of the Torch Relay for the 9th Hangzhou Asian Games was officially launched on September 10, 2023. The torch relay fully demonstrated Jiaxing's historical and cultural heritage and modern urban development. The launching ceremony was held in Zicheng Ruins Park, and the closing ceremony was held in Jiaxing Citizen Square.
As the starting point of the torch relay, Zicheng Ruins Park is of great historical significance. Zicheng site is the birthplace of Jiaxing city, with a history of more than 7000 years.
