Biscuit base:

100g crushed Oreo cookies|40g melted butter

Yoghurt cheese:

cream cheese 100g|sugar 25g |100g yogurt |180g whipping cream |5g gelatin sheets

Method:

Biscuit base

1. Crush Oreos and add melted butter and mix Evenly spread it into a 6-inch mousse ring and compact it, then store it in the refrigerator for later use

Chocolate mousse

2. Mix milk, gelatine sheets, sugar, and dark chocolate and drain. Heat and melt, stir evenly, then pour in the yogurt and mix

3. Beat the light cream until 5 and distribute it. Mix it evenly with the chocolate liquid in step 2, pour into the 5-inch mousse ring, and freeze for 2 hours

4. Add sugar to the softened cream cheese and stir smoothly

5. Mix the gelatine slices and yogurt over water and heat to melt, pour into the cream cheese and mix

6. Beat the light cream until 5 centimeters are distributed, mix evenly with the cheese paste and set aside

7. Unmold the frozen chocolate mousse, place it in a biscuit base mold, and then pour in the yogurt cheese paste , refrigerate for at least 4 hours

8. After unmoulding, sift a layer of Oreo cookie foam, squeeze some cream, and decorate with chocolate.
