What's it like to live in Guangzhou (Liwan, Yuexiu, Haizhu, Tianhe and Baiyun)?

①, Liwan District: Half of them belong to the old city and half are merged with Fangcun District. Except for Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street, Renwei Temple, Fenglai Road, Enning Road, Liwan Road, Kang Wang Road and Banxi Restaurant, the area around the Pearl River Bridge at Shiweitang (train freight station) pier is relatively sparsely populated and suburban, especially the Nanhai area of Foshan and the Pearl River after crossing the bridge.

② Yuexiu district: originally, the area under its jurisdiction was small, and it was also a large department store with a relatively dense population at provincial and municipal levels. Parks and major hotels were concentrated, and then Dongshan district was merged and the area was expanded. The famous department store was called Zhongshan Fifth Road Department Store and Li Zhanji Clock Store 2 years ago. Parks: People's Park, Yuexiu Park, Children's Park, Martyrs Cemetery Park and Liuhua Lake Park. There are Yong Han in the cinema. Hotels and guesthouses: Guangdong Guest House, Guangzhou Hotel, Aiqun Mansion, Datong Restaurant, and Rongyuan Garden, which was later converted into Guangzhou Mansion, are well-known and early.

③, Haizhu District: In addition to Zuofang Wharf, binjiang road, Gongye Avenue, Haizhuang Park and Changgang Road, the area towards Hebei (called on both sides of the Pearl River in Guangzhou, Haizhu District was formerly called Henan Duo) is relatively close to the urban area, and people's accommodation is relatively dense. Further to Nanshi, the former site of Sun Yat-sen University, Luoxi archway and Yizhou are relatively remote and belong to farmers' villages.

④ Tianhe District: At present, it is the earliest large-scale urban area developed for the new urban center, which used to be called suburbs. During the Republic of China in tianhe sports center, it was a military airport and farmland. Now it is a densely populated high-rise building with high traffic volume, high-grade office buildings, and many noble residential areas. Wushan, Shipai, Yuancun, Linhe Village, Chengjie, Chebei and Dongpu are all peasant villages.

⑤, Baiyun District: In fact, it is a district divided from a big suburb. In the past, Guihuagang and Sanyuanli villages began to be suburbs, mainly farmers' villages, but it is also a district close to the provincial and municipal governments and a big city bordering Huadu and Conghua.

summary: the above five areas are now called old areas. They are all developed and built earlier and more perfect areas with dense population, large traffic volume and serious air pollution. Welcome friends to comment and guide and correct mistakes and omissions. These are all my personal perceptions. (end) [bowing ]

I have been in Guangzhou for almost 15 years. I came to study in Haizhu in 27. After graduation, I lived in Yuexiu, Tianhe and Huangpu for a short time, and moved to Baiyun in 13 years until now.

Guangzhou is really an inclusive and friendly city. No matter where you come from or how much you earn, you can find a place to live. The rich live in the tall Pearl River New Town, while the poor live in the dark handshake building in shipai village, just across Huangpu Avenue.

The biggest feeling of living in the urban area is that there are many delicious foods, convenient shopping, convenient transportation, many parks and places to play, and life is so comfortable!

I lived on Xihua Road in Yuexiu District for two years when I just graduated, and I still love that area. I remember that there is a boundary pillar between Liwan District and Yuexiu District at the entrance of Jinhua Street Temporary Shelter on Xihua Road. Xihua Road is a famous food street. There are too many delicious foods to count.

They sell big bags, rice flour, black sausage, boat porridge, fried bags, sugar water, bowl wings, red city, and prosperity ...

After work, they go shopping when they are full. Within 3 kilometers, there are Beijing Road, Shangxiajiu, Animation Star City, Liuhua Lake Park. At that time, I was very poor, just pressing the road, spending no money, and walking around everywhere. It was the happiest and carefree day.

Later, I moved to Tianhe, where I lived in Cheng Jiexi, Yuancun for more than two months, and moved to Huangpu for half a year. I didn't get used to it. The handshake building in the village in the city was noisy and the rent was expensive. Finally, I moved to Baiyun District, until now.

Tianhe gives people the feeling of being tall, north of Tianhe and around Zhujiang New Town, and it has the feeling of being a real metropolis. Sports West, Fashion Tianhe, Mall of the World, all young people like it.

finally, talk about Baiyun. It has been here for more than eight years, and it has always been near the north of Baiyun Avenue. Others say it is the urban-rural fringe, which is dirty, messy and poor. In short, it is degraded. Because the rent is cheap, a lot of young people are gathered. The subway is crowded. I can't squeeze a shoe, break a bag, break a pair of glasses, and bring breakfast on the subway to the company. It's all a mess [I want to be quiet]. I was forced to get on the bus in Yongtai, but I couldn't get off the bus in Yantang. I felt like riding a roller coaster every day.

Living in a village in the city, the consumption is much lower than that in Yuexiu. The most frequently eaten foods are roasted meat fast food, pig's foot rice, pig's mixed soup powder and mala Tang, and I especially miss the delicious food of Xihua Road. Go to work and get off work at two o'clock and one line, occasionally climb Baiyun Mountain and go to Wanda to watch movies. Compared with the life in Yuexiu, it is far from it.

However, in recent years, Baiyun District has been getting better and better, with much cleaner streets and wider roads. The buildings here are not that high, and there are not many office buildings. You can always see the blue sky and white clouds when you look up, and you can also see the moonlight after work at night.

in 15 years, we bought a house, and although we have to pay the loan every month, we have our own nest and children, and we have settled down in this city, so we don't have to find a house to move and live a wandering life every year.

in recent years, the main theme is to make money and raise a baby, where to live is not the most important thing, and now there are commercial complexes everywhere, there is no shortage of shopping malls, and online shopping is also very convenient, which is convenient for work and children to study.

finally, I want to say, pretty girls and pretty boys who are struggling in Guangzhou, come on! Efforts will definitely pay off, and I hope that the present you have worked hard will have a natural future!

living in Haizhu is the feeling of living in a park.

As a new Hakka in Guangzhou who officially settled in Huacheng in 22, the living environment of Haizhu people has really changed a lot in recent years.

In the past, shopping loved Tianhe City and Friendship Shopping Mall, while the park wanted to go to Luhu Lake, and Guangzhou Bridge was sad.

Now, the orchard opposite the community has become an ecological park, one street away from haizhu lake, with Haizhu Wetland Park across the Song of haizhu lake Bridge, Exhibition Park to the east, and Haizhu Children's Park on the side of Luoxi Bridge.

There are already small parks on the south side of Guangzhou Avenue. A tree of kapok bauhinia always touches the heartstrings of pedestrians.

With the opening of Haizhu wanda plaza opposite Haizhu District Government, Haizhu people really have less and less cross-regional play or shopping.

The only pity is that the bus to haizhu lake on the south side of Guangzhou Avenue is scarce. It would be perfect if one or two bus lines could be added to connect Guangzhou Avenue and haizhu lake!

Liwan, Yuexiu, Haizhu and Shishi Forest are old and dilapidated, with convenient transportation, poor housing conditions and high development costs. Tianhe Baiyun transportation is not as convenient as the old district, and the housing conditions are more comfortable. All of them are newly built this year. There are many apartments for rent in the village, which is several grades better than the old dilapidated environment in the urban area, not to mention the air. At dusk, white clouds are rising, and the land development costs and supporting facilities come slowly. If one district finds that the construction is long-term, it will be understood that the old district will become a legend in five years, just like what Miss Xiguan and Grandpa Dongshan were.

I have lived in Liwan and Xiguan Old Town since I was a child. There are many old houses, and I eat more things from old Guangzhou. I haven't been to Fangcun very often. Yuexiu has a better environment than Xiguan, and the shopping traffic is more convenient. There are many black people in the gold rush area, and there are many good schools there. The environment in Tianhe is better. The Pearl River New Town is beautiful, but there will be traffic jams and many people. I don't like places with too many people. There are many black people near Baiyun District New Town.

I prefer Liwan, because I grew up here, and I am used to it, and I don't like places with too many people, and then Yuexiu District, Haizhu District.

I came from the suburbs and the northern suburbs (in the past, the communes around Guangzhou in our suburbs were called the east, west, north and south suburbs, and the communes that grow vegetables for the urban areas were subject to it). I have lived in five places in Dongshan, Liwan and Baiyun districts for decades, from farmers to residents. The air is not as good as it used to be in the suburbs, so drivers should not enter the city, and it is difficult to find parking spaces. It is better to live around Baiyun Mountain for mountain climbing and Yuexiu District for shopping.
