Which Chinese cuisines do you like best?

My favorite Sichuan food, bar none. I have to say that the spicy and delicious Sichuan cuisine is my only obsession at the dinner table these years! Boiled meat slices, boiled fish, boiled bullfrog... Every time I eat spicy food, I can eat two or three times the usual amount.

When I was in college, there were two stalls selling spicy chicken in the food street at the entrance. One of the owners was from Chongqing, and the taste of his stall was better than that of the other one. My roommates and I have eaten at all the stalls, but this is the only one we visit once or twice a week.

Buy a small bowl and eat it while walking back to school. The crispy and spicy taste in our mouths seduce our taste buds. The taste is rich and just right, and there is no need to accompany it with vegetables or drinks. After eating it, I feel refreshed. Even failing a class doesn’t make me feel sad. 2333~

I rarely go back to buy it after graduation, and now my mouth is watering just thinking about it.

After I came to work here, I discovered by chance that the small restaurant in the canteen had boiled beef and boiled fish, which tasted pretty good. Since the portion of boiled fish seems a bit large, I usually order boiled beef when I eat it by myself. Every time I eat this, I can finish 2-3 bowls of rice. I am afraid of scaring others, so I choose to pack it up and go back to the dormitory to enjoy it slowly.

When we arrived at the house, we could smell the aroma through the bag. I couldn’t wait to add a piece and put it in my mouth. It was hot and spicy and very satisfying. I swallowed it with a hiss and a haha. Feeling the smooth and fragrant meat slices from my throat down my esophagus and into my stomach was the most enjoyable part for me. Although the boiled fish is delicious, it is not as chewy as the meat slices.

Recently, I have become obsessed with eating spicy hotpot. I can’t stop moving my chopsticks. It feels so good to sweat profusely while eating! The only downside is that eating too much spicy food can make you irritated. There are many delicious Sichuan dishes that I won’t mention here one by one. You’ll understand if you try them!

Having said this, I sympathize with people who can’t eat spicy food. They miss out on so much delicious food in life! In my menu, Sichuan food ranks first among Chinese cuisines!
