So 8 of us excitedly went to this noodle shop to eat noodles. This noodle shop sells a variety of noodles. We ordered several types, but our favorite was the fried noodles.

I have long wanted to eat fried noodles. When watching the TV series "White Deer Plain", the scene where the Bai family eats fried noodles always makes me swallow my saliva.

The big sea bowl, wide noodles, red chili peppers, and the characters' eating postures are enough to arouse people's appetite.

At this noodle shop in Yichuan, I got what I wanted.

It also has a big blue and white bowl, wide noodles, and red peppers. It’s true that I thought about it for so long. It’s really delicious because the noodles are handmade and rolled out freshly.

Ganjiang White Fish in Nanchang, Jiangxi It was early April this year. After visiting Jingdezhen, Wuyuan, and Poyang Lake, my friends and I returned to Chengdu via Nanchang and stayed in Nanchang for two nights.

After going to Tengwang Pavilion that day, I was going to have lunch, and I found a private restaurant called "Zhangjiazhai" on the Internet.

This restaurant is located on a small street, but we still navigated there.

When we arrived, we were not disappointed by this restaurant. The dining environment was very elegant. When ordering, the boss recommended the braised white fish dish to us, saying that the white fish comes from the Ganjiang River.

I remember that I ordered several dishes and they all tasted good, especially the white fish from the Ganjiang River. The meat was very tender and delicious, and it had few spines. Another important point is that the charges in this restaurant are very reasonable and there is no explanation.

If you are a foreigner, you will be charged extravagantly.
