Ingredients: 4 strips of Japanese tofu.
Accessories: 1 tablespoon of Lee Kum Kee dense braised sauce, 1 green garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of peanut oil.
Steps:
1. Cut 4 pieces of Japanese tofu into two sections from the middle.
2. Pour out the tofu and cut into thick slices.
3. Heat a pan, add a tablespoon of peanut oil to heat, and then add Japanese tofu.
4. Fry the Japanese tofu until both sides are slightly brown, then add a little salt.
5. Add 1 tablespoon of dense braised sauce.
6. Carefully shake the tofu so that each piece of tofu is covered with the braised sauce. This braised sauce is inherently sweet, so no sugar is used.
7. Add chopped green garlic sprouts before serving.
